Refund Policy

Returns

You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number or proof of purchase. For your safety and other customers', we cannot accept opened skincare.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@araxiebotanicals.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Sale items and gift cards

Sale items and gift cards are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for its value. Otherwise, the refund goes to the person who placed the order.

How to return

Email support@araxiebotanicals.com before sending anything back. Then mail your return to: Araxie Botanicals, 500 N Commercial St, Suite 502P, Manchester, NH 03101. Return shipping is your responsibility. For items over $75, we recommend a trackable service.
