Araxie Botanicals Private Label Program

Araxie manufactures premium cold-fusion botanical skincare that other brands, spas, and entrepreneurs sell as their own. If you know people building a skincare line, get paid for bringing them to us.

Who should refer

Estheticians and spa owners, beauty consultants and brokers, product formulators, and business advisors who work with founders launching or expanding a skincare brand.

How it works

  1. Apply. Free to join.
  2. Register the lead. Name the business before our first contact with them. That protects your commission and starts a 12-month window.
  3. We handle it. We scope the formulation, packaging, and order. You stay looped in without running the deal.
  4. They sign. The client signs a private label agreement and places their opening order.
  5. You get paid. 10% of everything we collect from that client in their first year.

What you earn

10% of first-year net revenue from your referred client, covering the opening order and every reorder in the first 12 months. Net means fees we actually collect, excluding shipping, duties, and third-party pass-through costs. Paid as the client pays, monthly.

What counts

  • Net-new only. Not a current client or a business already in our pipeline. Register first. First registration wins.
  • 12-month attribution. Your claim runs 12 months from the registration date.
  • Collected revenue only. Refunds, chargebacks, and unpaid invoices are netted out of future payouts.
  • Confidentiality. Private label clients own their brand. Do not disclose Araxie as the manufacturer, or share formulation or pricing details, outside the referral itself.
  • No claims. Do not promise specific results, ingredients, or regulatory outcomes on our behalf. We confirm all specs directly with the client.
  • We decide who we take. Araxie accepts or declines any referral at its sole discretion.
  • Clean conduct. No self-referrals, no reselling, no misrepresenting our capabilities or pricing.
  • Taxes. US referrers paid 600 dollars or more in a year receive a 1099-NEC.
  • Program changes allowed with 30 days notice; earned commissions honored.

What you get

A registration link, quarterly statements showing registered leads and earnings, and a private label overview sheet to forward. A named contact for warm handoffs.
